I just wanted to take a moment to thank Mike Kurtz for the WONDERFUL job he did selling our home! We spoke with realtors from three companies. When we met Mike he was honest, had an aggressive plan to market the house and best of all could deal with me! This is the first home I have ever bought, and I was a little bit attached, and had to be handles with kid gloves.
The first realtor I met was Mike, the second was someone from ReMax and the third we did not even bother to have to our house. The ReMax agent was not very professional, suggested  we list the house for a price that even I could recognize was too low!  She did not have any comps pulled when she met with us, and didn't even go in all the rooms in our home.
