The importance of honest, open, responsive, and timely communication between client and agent cannot be overstated.  It is the cornerstone of every successfully completed real estate transaction.

Another element of the real estate transaction is the relationship between the listing broker and the selling broker.  Good broker to broker communication can be the difference between a favorable outcome or a failed sale.
